I will be starting with the story of a man who loves dressing well even though he wasn’t rich. He had a normal job that pays him nothing more than N50,000 monthly, but that didn’t stop this man from looking his best. So one day he went to the bank, as usual the bank was filled with people who wanted to perform transactions. Many people filled outside cause the security had to limit the number of people that entered into the bank to avoid congestion.
This young man on this day wore a complete suit even though the suit wasn’t expensive, he came down from the cab outside the bank gate, as he entered the gate, the officials started saluting him, can you believe immediately he got to the front of the bank where people filed up, the security greeted him and said Oga you can enter Sir. The people standing outside did not even complain because they thought he was an official of the bank while the security folk thought he was like a big Managing Director and Customer of the bank.
The way this man dressed gave him an opportunity that others didn’t have. It saved him time and brought honor to him.
It is popularly said, you are addressed the way you dress. You don’t have to have a luxury of clothes before you appear good. The ones you have in your wardrobe, wash and iron them and come up with a good combination that will make you look attractive and nice.
Stop saying ‘who is looking at me?’ My dear, we are looking at you; Favor is looking at you; opportunities are staring at you; that helper is looking at you. So if you don’t want to miss all these, work on how you look.
